2. Credit Purchases

2.1 Non-Refundable Credits

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable once the transaction is completed. Credits do not expire and remain in your account for future use.

2.2 Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges due to technical errors
  • Credits not delivered within 24 hours of payment
  • Service unavailability preventing credit usage
  • Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification)

3. Refund Process

3.1 How to Request

To request a refund for exceptional circumstances:

  2. Include your transaction ID and reason for refund
  3. Provide supporting documentation if applicable

3.2 Processing Time

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

3.3 Refund Amount

If approved, refunds will be for the full purchase amount minus any credits already used.

4. Cancellations

4.1 No Subscriptions

ThumbMaker operates on a pay-per-credit model. There are no recurring subscriptions to cancel.

4.2 Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion:

  • All unused credits are forfeited (no refund)
  • All generated thumbnails are permanently deleted
  • Your personal data is removed within 30 days

5. Service Issues

5.1 Technical Problems

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using your credits:

  • Contact support immediately at support@thumbmaker.online
  • We will investigate and resolve the issue
  • Credits may be restored if the issue was on our end

5.2 Quality Issues

AI-generated content may vary in quality. We do not offer refunds for:

  • Thumbnails that don't meet your expectations
  • Minor imperfections in AI-generated images
  • Subjective quality concerns

You can regenerate thumbnails using additional credits to get different results.

6. Payment Disputes

If you dispute a charge with your bank or payment provider:

  • Your account may be suspended pending investigation
  • Contact us first to resolve the issue directly
  • Chargebacks may result in account termination

7. Free Credits

The 5 free credits provided upon signup are promotional and:

  • Cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash
  • Are subject to our acceptable use policy
  • May be revoked if terms are violated

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
